Follow Me - Bmore Pride
During Baltimore’s Pride Parade I wanted to showcase some of the amazing people I saw and spoke with. This is a marching band leader checking on the team. The sun was beating down on a muggy humidity and here is this band leader, head up, shoulders back, sweat on the face, but focused and intent on making sure the team was right.
There was this shirtless tall person walking down the street and I looked down and saw they were wearing these fantastic shoes, when I saw the shoes I also noticed two other people in the frame with other shoes and I just love the juxtaposition of the types and styles of shoes in the frame.
Bubbles & Smoke
This person was beyond fascinating. Such a reverberating laugh, exuding confidence, and lit up his stub. He heard my camera and I caught him right as he turned and someone behind him blew some bubbles that framed his head.
Ms. Behavin had, hands down, the best makeup I saw all day and was in the middle of taking a break enjoying the parade when I snapped this.
Loved the way this truck was decorated on a side street and making it wink at those passing by.
Three women from Charm City Roller Girls (Baltimore’s roller derby league) were setting up a roller skating selfie while an onlooker was holding a flag. The happiness on their faces is awesome.
Wasn’t able to speak to this person who was obviously really enjoying their position on the top of a float for the parade.
